Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and including any relevant paperwork.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the shipment is received at our warehouse.
